We are OPEN for business - COVID update - 4th Jan 2021 – During National Lockdown. We are open for essential travel and Key workers, as of 15th Jan 2021 we have no forward plans of closing unlike other hotels which have bars and restaurants. We are a small business and appreciate the support from Key workers coming into Preston providing vital services to help the people of Preston through this pandemic. In line with Government Rules, we will keep each of our guests safe by ensuring social distancing and extra cleaning measures. If you would like to book, please go ahead and book on this website, and please do email us the nature of your travels by email on We are very centrally located in Preston, just 20 metres from the Train Station, we are the closest Hotel to the Preston Train station. The most feature Rich Apartment in Preston: Kitchen - 4 Hob cooker, Oven, extractor, Full height fridge Freezer, microwave, Washing Machine, Kettle, tea, coffee, Lounge - Flat 42-Inch TV, Sofa, Free Wi-Fi each apartment has its own dedicated router located within the apartment for the best Wi-Fi signal. 3-seater dining tables, glass finished. Bedrooms – Double beds with deep mattresses, covered in ivory coloured linen, (not bleached white linen found elsewhere). Large wardrobe with Iron, hair dryer, Sofa beds are also featured which can sleep an additional x2 children or 1 adult. Work Desks with chair for a good working environment. Bathrooms – high pressure showers with plenty of hot water. Choices all £ budgets Our standard apartment provides the best value, its our smallest apartment and we offer it at the lowest prices. Sleeps 2. Great for a work type break Deluxe – a step up, all the features, slightly larger than the standard and hence tends to be £10 additional per night. Sleeps x 3.
